Choosing Doubletree By Hilton for its convenient location to Prudential Center turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The complimentary wireless Internet access and the spacious apartment-style executive parlor exceeded my expectations. , the casual sports bar with seven TVs and the variety of snacks, beverages, and ice cream were delightful amenities.
Shuttle driver was rude. Limited healthy breakfast options.

The location is close to the airport, which is convenient.
The carpets were dirty and the bathrooms were outdated. Staff at the front desk were unhelpful and had a bad attitude.

Great location near the airport, comfortable beds, quiet despite proximity to airport, and enjoyable pool and gym facilities.

we stayed at Doubletree By Hilton and had a nice experience. the front desk lady gave us water and cookies upon check-in. the staff were friendly and attentive. the hotel is conveniently located, with easy access to the city. there were no hidden charges, just a $100 deposit and parking fee. ability to charge meal to our room and the open late-night restaurant were a plus. the unique and pretty cool lobby decor added to the experience.
